Pineappleberry smoothie

                          Prep time 5-minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3- cups of fresh pineapple juice
  • 1-ripe banana
  • ½ cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1-cup of fresh strawberries

Combine banana,pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries in a blender.
Blend until thick and smooth. Serve immediately over crushed ice.

                               Stuffed Peppers

                           Prep time: 40-minutes

          INGREDIENTS:


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut tops off peppers and then remove seeds and white membranes.
Microwave on a microwave safe dish for 8-minutes on high. Set aside. In
a non- stick skillet, sauté onions and ground turkey until meat is no longer
pink. Add all other ingredients to skillet and mix well. Fill peppers with
ground turkey mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30-minutes.
