Explosive Movement Training
Whenever an athlete needs to move from start or
standing position, chances are they will need to
explode from that position. This explosive movement
is detrimental to an athlete. A  two or three second
lead in his/her movement can be the difference
between a win or a loss.
Explosive movements allow the athlete to exert more  
of their larger muscles. This recruitment of larger
muscles gives the athlete the ability to explode like a
rocket from a start position.
Without this type of training an athlete is passing up
an opportunity to be the best at their sport.
